Terms – Conditions – Shipping Currently we only ship within the United States – No International orders at this time. We ship via USPS – all shipping charges are listed at the checkout. Large orders such as many that go to our retailers will ship via UPS. We try our best to ship all orders in about 1-3 business days. Don’t count the day you ordered it or weekends and holidays. Rush orders require a direct email explaining your needs. Additional charges may apply. There is a chance, due to extremely high demand that some items will be delayed a few days. We strive to get all orders out to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed it is not possible to cancel or change your order. We do have a return policy: A defective product..we’ll take care of it…including shipping. Just changed your mind – You pay the shipping and handling charges both ways. Plus a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be in the original condition for us to credit your account. It can take up to 14 days for a credit to show up on your account. IMPORTANT: PLEASE contact us via email before returning any product. Click Here We do ship the products, but we don’t drive the truck to deliver it. So keep in mind that the weather – weekends – holidays – and just plain old bad service from USPS and UPS can delay shipments beyond our control. We work very hard to get you orders to you as quickly as possible. PLEASE wait at least 10 business days before emailing us about your order not being delivered…a little longer for Alaska and Hawaii. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR OUR EMAILS. You have a responsibility. It is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is correct. If we have to re-ship an order – YOU pay shipping and handling twice. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking charge. CUSTOM ORDERS: Are non-refundable – unless it is a defective issue. Once you approve the proof and charge the order to your account…they are yours. I can’t sell shirts to Pete’s Place when it reads Joe’s Mule Barn on the back of the shirt. I’m sure you understand. SIZE CHARTS: Come on guys -you know your t-shirt size. These are quality shirts and are sized correctly. Made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton. NOTE TO GUYS: Don’t wash cotton clothing in hot water or leave in the dryer for hours on high heat. If it’s a gift…..just take a peek at a couple of his favorite t-shirts or ask. If you really need help with this, just email me. Women: Now that is a different story. Below you will find an American Apparel size chart. Remember they are form fitting junior sized ribbed tanks, made of 100% cotton.
